At SHOEZISTAN, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted footwear. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept return requests within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • The parcel must arrive at our facility undamaged and in good condition

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Shipping Responsibility The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards) to ensure safe delivery. SHOEZISTAN is not liable for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel. Once the item passes inspection and is confirmed to be in good condition, we will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
